Oh my gosh...that is so funny. I used to always quote that line from that "Mayberry" show..what was it called. One guy in there always said "Citizens arrest, Citizens arrest" and I thought it was so funny. Can you imagine really doing that? the criminal would think you were on drugs!! ha ha. Thanks so much for sharing... that's hilarious!
I was citizen arrested once for toilet papering a house. Before he called the cops I told him that the homeowners (he was our Bishop) wouldn't care that we were toilet papering. He thought we were lying, so we knocked on the door, told the homeowners what was going on, and they told the C.O.P. (Citizen On Patrol) that it was ok for us to continue our toilet papering job.
